Resume of Mission: Of the 269 mines dropped, 265 were believed to be effective.  Two A/C dropped mines visually.  Twenty-nine E/A were sighted and made no attacks.  No claims.  Flak was heavy, medium, meager, and moderate to inaccurate.  Two A/C landed at Iwo Jima.  Average bomb load: 13,145 lbs. Average fuel reserve: 846 gallons.
